Terms of Service

General: 

At DeeplusDesigns, LLC we always strive to create custom apparel. As a result, projects will be completed based on images and information provided with minimal use of patterns. Furthermore, requested apparel may be similar to previous projects but exact replicas are not guaranteed.  

Custom Requests: 

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to place the order. Final payment is due upon completion of order. Shipping not included, unless otherwise specified. DeeplusDesigns, LLC reserves the right to decline any order without disclosing the reasoning why. DeeplusDesigns, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred due to natural wear and tear after completion of purchase. Cash/Credit Card returns are not an option. Returns will translate to credit(s) of 50% of purchased item(s). 

The date of completion varies depending on the number of orders ahead of you along with the size, difficulty and quantity of yarn required for your project.  As a result, a period of 4-6 weeks is requested for all orders. A rush fee will be applied to orders allowing less than the 4 weeks for completion.

Patterns and Pattern Requests: 

Pattern sales are final and do not include the option for refunds. Patterns will be available for download immediately after payment is received. If you do not receive your download, email deeplusdesigns@gmail.com with proof of purchase. Patterns are not for resale or public use.

Pattern requests typically have a 2 week turnaround. 30-day free follow-up is provided via email to assist with questions from the time of completion, as needed. If you are interested in receiving additional assistance , please book a General (Custom) Class. DeeplusDesigns, LLC will not share a requested pattern for a period of 30 days after the completion of the order. After those 30 days, DeeplusDesigns, LLC reserves the right to sell the completed pattern. Inspiration photos are welcome but not required. I will not create patterns or exact replicas of other artists' work.
